Description :            
1.
Follow up on regular payments for maintenance of office equipment
2.
Process submitted bills from vendors for payment

3.
Troubleshooting for both emailing system and all IT equipment located at Maadi Office such as desktop computers, laptops, wireless access points, and ADSL routers
4.
Process submitted bills from vendors for payment
5.
Initiate Purchase orders for vendors & suppliers
6.
Assist in bidding process and conduct surveys for needed service providers
7.
Keep track of both preventive & emergency visits of the IT maintenance contractor
8.
Keep track of employees annual & sick leave entitlements
9.
Collect, review & file time sheets & attendance reports
10.
Follow up on/register daily attendance of Maadi personnel
11.
Keep track of employees medical expenses
12.
Administer UniCare new employee enrollment, termination & claims, & installment payments, & effecting claim refunds to staff
13.
Maintain & update categorized roster of job applicants
14.
Prepare monthly employee transportation allowance disbursements
15.
Initiate procedures of Social Insurance enrollment & termination
16.
Receive job applications and conduct a preliminary screening of submitted resumes
17.
Organize/Maintain filing of admin & personnel records
18.
Conduct scanning interviews for job applicants
19.
Assist in establishing a recruitment pool.

Qualifications          :
Must be prompt, accessible, resourceful, self-starter, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
Reasonable Supervisory skills because the incumbent will supervise the three office janitors.
