Responsibilities
- Handle offshore customers for international accounts, whether through Inbound / Outbound calls, e-mail correspondence, or technical support.
- Optimizing the opportunity of each customer contact using customer service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries completely and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems for ultimate customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in one of the following languages:
- (English – French - German -Spanish-Italian -Turkish-Danish-Portuguese- Norwegian-Polish- Greek- Swedish and Dutch. )
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and communicate information clearly
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive and professional customer oriented attitude
- Articulate voice
