Call Center Agent at RAYA




Responsibilities

  • Handle offshore customers for international accounts, whether through Inbound / Outbound calls, e-mail correspondence, or technical support.
  • Optimizing the opportunity of each customer contact using customer service skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries completely and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems for ultimate customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages:
  • (English – French - German -Spanish-Italian -Turkish-Danish-Portuguese- Norwegian-Polish- Greek- Swedish and Dutch. )
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and   communicate information clearly
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Positive and professional customer oriented attitude
  • Articulate voice
