JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Collect, review Attendance reports from the managers – Receive employees resignation and complete its process – Check the new employees file, and ensure complete filing policies and procedures – Ensure the completion of social insurance forms – Handles all related staff Social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required – Arranges interviews, coordinates management approvals – Handling staff absences regards to update absence data base and reporting the HR team.

-Qualifications - Working under pressure multi task – Very good command of English – High communication skills – Very Good in Excel
